Cancellation conditions:
In the event of cancellation of the contract by the tenant and whatever may happen (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event), the deposit paid will be retained by the owner.
From 1 to 30 days before the tenant's arrival, the amounts paid remain acquired by the owner.
If the tenant has not shown up on the day mentioned in the contract, after a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner, this contract is considered terminated, the sums paid remaining acquired by the owner. The latter then disposes of his rental.
Cancellation by the owner: when before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or telegram. The customer will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts paid.
Andere voorwaarden
From 2023:
Heating: 10 kWh / day are included in the rental price.
Any excess consumption will be payable to the owner upon your departure (EDF rate in force).
An electricity meter reading will be taken in your presence upon your arrival, as well as on the day of your departure.
