Terms of cancelation:
In the event of cancellation of the contract by the tenant and whatever happens (accident, illness, force majeure or unforeseen event), the deposit paid will be kept by the owner
From 1 to 30 days before the tenant's arrival, the amounts paid remain with the owner.
If the tenant does not appear on the day mentioned in the contract, after a period of 24 hours and without notice to the owner, this contract is considered terminated, the sums paid remaining with the owner. The latter then has his rental.
Cancellation by the owner: when, before the start of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform the customer by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or telegram. The customer will be reimbursed immediately for the amounts paid.
Andere voorwaarden
From the opening of rentals until June 6, 2023, stays of 3 nights will be charged €100/per night.
Likewise, from September 21 until the establishment closes.
From 2023:
Heating: 10 kWh / day is included in the rental price.
Any excess consumption will be payable to the owner upon your departure (EDF rate in force).
An electric meter reading will be carried out in your presence upon your arrival, as well as on the day of your departure.
